How does NWCS work?

Nationwide Credit Solutions (NWCS) helps clients take control of their financial future by identifying and disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on their credit
reports. Our process includes a full credit analysis, custom dispute strategy, and ongoing updates as we communicate with the credit bureaus and creditors. We also provide education on credit utilization, funding options, and how to maintain strong credit long term.

How long does NWCS take to work?

Most clients start seeing positive results within 30–45 days, though full restoration typically takes 90–120 days, depending on the number and type of items being addressed. Every credit profile is unique, but our goal is always to get you approved faster — whether for a home, auto loan, or business funding.

When should I see results?

Our process is extremely efficient. We start fast and keep up a consistent pace throughout your membership. If you sign up today we should have your first round of dispute letters out within a week. And since the credit bureaus have 30 days to process disputes, you should see initial results in about a the first 45-60 Days. On an ongoing basis, you should see results each month you are in the program.

How much does your service cost?

We offer flexible plans based on your goals and budget — including monthly programs, one-time packages, and results-driven options for those focused on specific outcomes like home or business funding. A credit consultation is free, and pricing is customized during your onboarding call.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept major debit/credit cards, ACH transfers, and secure payment links through our online portal. All transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption to
ensure your information stays safe.

What will new negative items do to my credit if I am working with you?

New collections, slow pays, etc. will hurt your score more than the removal of old negative items. Notify us immediately if you receive any NEW collection letters. We may get things removed and see an increase and then a new collection will drop your score back down. It is important to take care of new negative items that are not on your credit when working with us to improve your score.

Can I get financing without a personal guarantee?

Some business credit cards and vendor accounts may not require a personal guarantee when your business credit is strong. Many funding products do require a PG. We will outline options for both scenarios.

Do I need perfect personal credit to get business funding?

Not always. Strong business credit, revenue, collateral and time in business can open options even if your personal credit is still a work in progress. Personal guarantees may still apply depending on the product and lender.

Do I get a refund if my score doesn’t go up or is this guaranteed?

At Nationwide Credit Solutions, we believe in full transparency and ethical service. No company can legally guarantee that specific items will be removed or that your score will increase by a set amount — and we do not charge for “deletions.” What we do guarantee is effort, expertise, and real support. Our team works diligently on your behalf — setting up your secure client portal, providing in-depth credit education, creating and sending dispute letters, and communicating directly with creditors and credit bureaus. Every action we take is backed by years of research, compliance, and experience. While we can’t force a creditor or bureau to remove an item, we can enforce your rights and ensure they follow the law.

How do I view my account and credit repair progress?

You can log in to your Client Portal at any time to track disputes, see updated reports, and communicate with your advisor directly. You’ll also receive email and SMS updates whenever there’s a new change to your account or credit report.
